This policy aims to provide opportunities for beneficiaries to express their opinions and submit their suggestions regarding various aspects of the agency’s work. SSA receives, analyses, reviews and audits posts, in order to ensure compliance with applicable state regulations. SSA also reserves the right to publish or delete posts that conflict with its policy or laws. Valid in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It is an integrated electronic platform for the services of the Ministry of Finance that it provides to various government agencies and the private sector to enable the digital transformation of the Ministry’s services.
