E-Participation Policy

The Saudi Space Agency, hereafter referred to as “SSA,” seeks to enhance interaction and dialogue with citizens and residents of the Kingdom through electronic communication channels. This policy aims to provide opportunities for beneficiaries to express their opinions and submit their suggestions regarding various aspects of the agency’s work. SSA receives, analyses, reviews and audits posts, in order to ensure compliance with applicable state regulations. SSA also reserves the right to publish or delete posts that conflict with its policy or laws. Valid in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Terms and Controls for E-Participation Policy

  • Compliance with applicable state laws and regulations.​
  • Contributions should be w​ritten in clear language.
  • Refrain from writing any offensive or obscene expressions or bearing offense to persons or entities​.
  • The participation should be serious, ​clear and concise.
  • Do not publish personal data such as names, contact data, addresses, and avoid marketing to any other party.​
  • The participation should not caused an infringement of legal rights or intellectual property.

Objectives of E-Participation Policy

  • Promoting transparency: Providing clear and comprehensive information about the agency’s activities.
  • Opening channels of dialogue: Creating opportunities for open and constructive dialogue with the community on topics of common interest.
  • Encouraging participation: Supporting the participation of beneficiaries by submitting inquiries, suggestions, and opinions that contribute to the development of services and initiatives.

Etimad Platform

It is an integrated electronic platform for the services of the Ministry of Finance that it provides to various government agencies and the private sector to enable the digital transformation of the Ministry’s services. It provides many essential services, such as contract management, budget, and payments, in addition to managing tenders, procurement, and financial rights.

Tenders and Procurement Management

Offering tenders, examining bids, and e-awarding of tenders. It also enables the private sector to keep posted about the tenders, receive invitations, purchase RFPs and apply electronically.
